Questions owners ask
Straight answers, before we ever talk.
How do you price my aircraft for sale?
We start with a defensible valuation from real comparables, current demand, and your aircraft's specific history and spec, not from a number we hope for. You get a clear range and the reasoning behind it before anything is listed.
How long does it take to sell?
A well-priced aircraft typically moves in three to nine months; an overpriced one can sit far longer. We market to a qualified-buyer network from day one and manage every offer, inspection, and closing.
Will I keep my own crew?
If you have a crew you trust, we keep them and support them. If you don't, we source, vet, train, and schedule the right people. Either way, you get one team accountable for the whole operation.
What does management cost?
Management is one flat monthly fee that covers every management service: no handling fees, no mark-ups on invoices, no binding contracts. Direct operating costs are billed transparently as they occur, with volume discounts on fuel, insurance, hangar, and training passed straight to you. For a sale or acquisition, one conversation gets you a clear plan and a real number.
How fast can you respond when plans change?
Around the clock. Dispatch, trip planning, and crew coordination run 24/7, so a last-minute trip or change is covered without you chasing anyone.
Where are you based, and where can you operate?
We're based at Oakland County International Airport (PTK) in Waterford, Michigan, and we operate worldwide. Flight planning, fuel, customs, immigration, landing rights, and over-flight permissions are all handled by our team.
Do you arrange charter?
Yes, on request. Through our operator network we arrange charter for any trip, including large-cabin lift for sports teams and travel parties.
